This workshop consists of two half day sessions for contractors and subcontractors that will give you an overview of what BIM is and how you can start using it today.

The morning session will cover the technology, workflows, processes and how BIM is helping GCs save money during the construction process. Whether you're an executive, project manager, estimator or anyone in the construction industry, you will benefit from knowledge you will take away from this seminar and how it can affect your company and clients.

The afternoon session is geared around what you need to start your first BIM project. Learn what technologies exist today, what your company needs, how to engage your subcontractors and see the tools that others are using to reduce conflicts and clashes during construction. We'll take you through the steps of starting your first BIM project and show you how BIM can improve time, cost and quality of your projects. We'll include a section on best practices and what your subcontractors will need to get started with BIM.
