Government Support
CADD Centers is proud to provide complimentary technical support to all of our government clients that maintain their Autodesk Subscriptions with us.
Technicians are available to contact by phone during regular business hours for assistance on anything from software installation support to questions on functionality in the Autodesk suite of products.
In addition to phone support, we are also proud to offer remote technical assistance using LogMeIn Rescue.
This online application allows our technicians to view customer workstations from our technical support center to answer support questions.

Our government clients enjoy service from three companies that work together to provide Autodesk software and support to the public sector.
Autodesk has designated DLT Solutions, Inc. as their "master" government partner.
They are the sole provider of Autodesk solutions to US government agencies at Federal GSA approved pricing.
While DLT Solutions maintains a national standard for the pricing and delivery of Autodesk software, CADD Centers provides local support and technical advice for government clients in Florida.
Working closely with DLT, we are happy to act as your primary point of contact for all things Autodesk.
