Qualified Personnel

Our Application Engineers are industry certified at the highest levels. We have certifications from Autodesk, Earth Resource Mapping, Microsoft, and others.

Remote Assistance

CADD Centers uses the Log Me In Rescue tool to help diagnose problems and repair them remotely. Remote support provides us temporary hands-on access to your system to increase first-call resolution, reduce phone-based support times, and limit escalation to more serious problems. We gain just the amount of access we need, customers permit us to remote control their system, and after the session is closed, access rights are automatically removed.
